Email [email protected] and a person will reply. Include your phone model and what you were doing, but never your bank password or any card numbers.
Common things
Manage or cancel your subscription
On your iPhone, open Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Yesroom. You can also use Yesroom’s Settings screen and tap Subscription. Apple handles billing and refund requests at reportaproblem.apple.com.
My bank will not connect or stopped updating
Open Settings in Yesroom and relink the bank. Linking a bank again never duplicates it. If your bank is not listed, use “Don’t see your bank?” so we can add it.
Export your data
In Yesroom’s Settings, choose export to download your transactions, budgets and buckets as CSV.
Delete your account
In Yesroom’s Settings, choose delete account. It disconnects your bank connections and removes your data right away. Copies in backups are erased as those backups expire. If you share a household, the other member should be the one to remain, so leave the household first.
